Check-in time is from 12:00 PM onwards, and check-out time is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in for registration purposes.
We do not accept online payments through our website. All payments must be made in person at the hotel via cash, debit card, or credit card. Full payment or a partial advance may be required at the time of check-in. Any additional charges incurred during your stay must be settled before departure.
Cancellations must be communicated to us directly via phone or email. Cancellation charges, if applicable, will depend on the timing of the cancellation and the season of your booking. Please contact our front desk for specific cancellation terms at the time of making your reservation.
We strive to provide a peaceful and comfortable environment for all our guests. Please respect other guests and our staff at all times. Loud noise, disruptive behavior, or any illegal activity on the premises will not be tolerated and may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay. Any such damage will be charged to the guest’s account. The hotel is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left unattended in rooms or common areas.
We offer assistance in arranging horseback riding and local sightseeing tours through trusted third-party operators. These activities are conducted at your own risk. Hotel Rooftop Sonamarg acts only as a facilitator and assumes no liability for any accidents, injuries, or losses arising from participation in these activities.
Our open-air rooftop terrace is available for all guests to enjoy. Please use it responsibly and maintain decorum. Children must be supervised at all times. The management reserves the right to close the terrace during inclement weather or for maintenance purposes.
Our in-house restaurant serves freshly prepared meals during designated hours. Special dietary requests should be communicated in advance. Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the dining area. Meal timings and menu availability are subject to change without prior notice.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all guest rooms and indoor common areas. Designated smoking zones are available on the premises. Consumption of alcohol is permitted only in private rooms or designated areas, and guests must be of legal drinking age as per local laws.
Pets are not allowed on the hotel premises, except for service animals with prior written approval from the management. Please inform us at the time of booking if you require accommodation for a service animal.
Hotel Rooftop Sonamarg shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, or inconvenience arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, road closures, or government restrictions. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your stay.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jammu & Kashmir.
